What is Red and Blue WOD

Red and Blue WOD (workout of the day) is the creation of myself (Mark DeMaio) and best friend, Max Ponte.  Our goal is to share our ideas for fun workouts, fitness advice and other ideas we have used or are using to maximize our lives.  From playing college football together for Salve Regina University, to bartending our way through graduate school, to our current lives creating our families in Portsmouth, RI fitness has been a cornerstone of our friendship and of our lives.  Max as a police officer and myself as a firefighter, are constantly working to balance the need for a healthy and fit lifestyle with a demanding professional life.  We hope to use this platform to share (and also learn from you) effective ways to achieve both regardless of your starting point.  Welcome to Red and Blue WOD and we look forward to this journey towards 1% Better.  EveryDay.
